Read, Recycle, Repeat!

Registration is closed for this event

Join Childrens Book author and AWSN Board Member Jennifer Ladipo for a reading of her book The Red Elephant!

Bring your little ones on a virtual adventure and follow Maul the Elephant on a ridiculous safari escapade where she learns about friendship.

After the story, the importance of recycling will be emphasized through a short activity. All you will need is some plastic, paper and compost. For example, a plastic spoon, a piece of cardboard and a banana peel. (After eating the banana of course). Together we will talk about the effects of recycling and how it can help animals like Maul the elephant have fun.
