Jocelyn Keith-Asante, 2019 Minerva Mentor

Jocelyn holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Calgary, is a PMI certified Project Manager. With 20+ years working as a petroleum geologist, 10+ years as a geological technologist and lab supervisor, driving special needs children, many years teaching dance, volunteering in CBE schools, working to dismantle racism and improve women’s health, Jocelyn understands the value of having a mentor and being a mentor. The mentors in her life have been the epitome of the discipline they represented. They demonstrated how to do one’s best with utmost integrity and were more interested the joy of what they did rather than the monetary rewards they could receive.
