Tamzin Blewett

Dr. Tamzin Blewett is an amazing scientist with an ever-growing list of achievements who contributes to those around her as well as the province in which she lives. 

In addition, Tamzin possesses a very nurturing and responsible mentoring ability, able to balance support with independence, constructive feedback with caring, and her work and home lives. From volunteering at elementary science fairs to managing PhD students, she can explain concepts, develop passion and execute practical skills. She is incredibly available and provides both scientific support as well as enhances confidence and personal growth. Tamzin was nominated for the Minerva Mentoring Award.
