Women in Alberta

How do we stack up?

June 12, 2017: The following documents were produced by the ministries of Treasury Board and Finance (Office of Statistics and Information) and Status of Women:

Women in Alberta: Population
Women in Alberta: Family Status
Women in Alberta: Education
Women in Alberta: Income and Paid Work

These are from the government of Alberta pages about Society and Community Statistics based on Alberta census information from Stats Canada collection.  While reading statistics can be boring, there information is presented in graphs that clearly show the differences between men and women, and including aboriginal peoples.   I would love to report some really interesting things, or new trends, but there isn't anything really surprising except that there really are numbers that prove what we have been saying.
